I then accessed "subscription help" in the options menu. I typed a message outlining my concern & hit "SEND EMAIL." However, it will not send. The button remains the same w/ no change detected. It simply doesn't work. Purchased the top tier subscription to get instant access, and not even the help feature works? Fix it or money back please."
